Ellen Levin, Ph.D. is a principal at TruDelta Consulting, LLC, a team of advisors and executive coaches who help clients achieve breakthrough performance through world-class human capital strategy. Ellen has been consulting to organizations for more than 30 years. Her expertise encompasses large-scale change, culture change, executive consultation, employee engagement, and team/leader development and executive coaching. Dr. Levin held positions including Culture Change Leader, Senior Organization Development Leader and Managing Director of Organization Effectiveness for the Northern California region of Kaiser Permanente for 19 years. 

 

Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, she was principal of Levin & Associates, an organization development and change consulting firm.  The firm’s diverse client base spanned the health care, technology, service, non-profit, manufacturing and technology industries.

   

Ellen received her Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology where she serves as adjunct faculty, and her M.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts/Amherst.
